Miltech Chinook CH47D-HC-1B - U.S. ARMY 12410 as requested
Livery for the CH47-D in the colors of the Chinook HC-1B flyed by the U.S. ARMY (reg. Number 12410).
Infos from Wikipwdia:
"On 21 September 1961, the preproduction Boeing Vertol YCH-1B made its initial hovering flight. During 1962, the HC-1B was redesignated the CH-47A under the 1962 United States Tri-Service aircraft designation system; it was also named "Chinook" after the Chinook people of the Pacific Northwest."
Special thanks to our members Jonas Wikander, Dankait and Flak. The gave me important input to make this livery as good as it is.
The yellow double line markings at the emergency exits are still WIP. I will try to paint them better.
Best wishes to all pilots from the United States and all the fans of this great helicopter 😊
